        approximately 1,030 square feet, and an enormous three bedroom floor plan with

        square footage of 1300 square feet! The storage space including walk-in closets, lots of

        cabinets and built-in china cabinets in a limited number of floor plans will overwhelm

        even the toughest of critics.

        Our location is convenient for all lifestyles. We are located just blocks away from the

        campus of Texas Tech University as well as shopping and recreation. There are two

        clothing care centers and covered parking is available for each apartment on a limited
