Investors Grassano Management, Inc. (GMI) has been managing (itself and through its predecessor entity) real property, mainly apartment communities since 1991. It started as an off-site supervisory management company before it took over complete management in 1996. Currently it is managing ten apartment complexes for a total of 1312 apartment homes consisting of approximately 1,090,000 square feet. In addition, it owns and manages four commercial properties containing approximately 7800 square feet of office space. Its management experience includes all phases of management including, but not limited to marketing, human resources, training, procurement, renovations, major capital improvements, financing, bookkeeping and accounting. Its principal, Alan Grassano has a significant financial and accounting background and has owned and operated a CPA practice for 25 years.
